Millennial Soul

Millennial Soul

Spoiler alert: I’m not a certified personal trainer. I don’t know the breakdown of macro and micro nutrients and I’ve been known to crush a whole Domino’s pizza. At the same time, I chug my protein smoothies every morning and plan my days around my workout – it’s what I like to call ‘balance.’ A few months ago I walked out of a work out class asking myself when working out become a nagging chore and why I felt like I was constantly trying to stay in the know of the coolest workout in town, instead of simply focusing on getting a good sweat in.

Those feelings sparked something in my soul. I spent the rest of the day brainstorming and researching and quickly realized the need for an event with the premise to bring awareness to heath & wellness for millennial women who aren’t trying to just be on trend, but who really want to transform their mind and body. It was then that #MillennialSoul was born.

After speaking with the bad ass PR team at SoulCycle it was clear as day that our brand synergy was on point for me to host a kickoff event. Culver City in Los Angeles was up first and the success of it had me fired up to take the concept to other cities. Next up was Boston, which was a blast and then headed down south to Miami who brought the heat!

To all the fearless ladies who came out to the events: it was a joy to meet you! Your energy is contagious and being able to connect with you on a personal level is what The Millennial Miss mission is all about!

To the gift bag sponsors: I wish you could see the sweaty smiles on the attendees’ faces- absolutely priceless! Thank you for being an added bonus to the #MillennialSoul rides! Coola suncare, Frank Body, New Balance, Paul Mitchell, Athleta, Pre Heels, Sweat Cosmetics, Yuni Beauty, Cetaphil, Raw Rev, Alala, Hello Sexy Legs, Sugar Bear Hair, Honest Tea, Cabana Anna Swimwear, Voss Water, Skinny and Co, Oxigen Water, Hello Hair, Lush Cosmetics, Sunday Riley, Waiakea Water, Shakeology, Modern Oats, Sparkling Ice, SheFit and Pure Bars.

& of course the utmost gratitude to SoulCycle for changing lives one beat at a time. It has been so fun working together and being able to soak in the vibes of different studios.

In hopes that my next event hits a city near YOU. Until then remember; whatever sets your soul on fire, do THAT!

With sweaty love,
Chels
