How Your Enneagram Can Help You Grow

How Your Enneagram Can Help You Grow

In today’s turbulent society, self-care and personal development are more important than ever. To help combat the ebbs and flows from constant media coverage and politics, focusing on personal growth and cultivating your mental health can keep not only your brain clear and happy but also your heart.

To aid in your journey to self-discovery, FTD’s turned to one of our favorite trends in personality testing. The Enneagram of Personality not only is a way to “find your true self” but can show you who in your life may be a “grower,” meaning someone who has a personality type that can support you on your way to success!

We’ve broken down each Enneagram by traits for you to learn more about your personality type while practicing social distancing. To remind you to connect with nature and journey outside for some much-needed vitamin D we’ve also provided your complimentary flower meaning by type.
